Project Definition Workshop
Project core team and key subject matter experts work together in working and breakout sessions to define and validate project objectives / success criteria, assumptions, work breakdown structure, scope, major deliverables, key risks and issues.
Delivery Method – 1-2 days onsite in working session with project team.
