Project Assessments
Undertake a high level assessment comprised of interviews with key stakeholders and inspection of current documents being used to define and manage the project. Evaluate the extent to which the project is operating on a solid foundation, and as a result is well-positioned for success, by quickly identifying whether or not essential project management “best practices” are in place.
The key questions to be answered for each area will be to determine if project elements are identified, communicated, documented, utilized, and effective.
