Master Project Plan Workshop
Accomplish in 3 days what it normally takes a project manager weeks or months to produce. Utilize the community brain and team dynamics through expert facilitation to develop a comprehensive and integrated project plan based on the MVP (minimum viable product) approach. Project core team and key subject matter experts work together in working and breakout sessions to produce and validate the project plan.
