With a GSA Schedule, the Government has already negotiated labor rates and terms and conditions, so the lead-time required to obtain services and products is dramatically reduced. HTI is also a Blanket Purchase Agreement holder with the General Services Administration – Office of the Chief Financial Officer.

HTI is a woman-owned small business and a Minnesota-registered “C” corporation. The corporation was chartered in 1992 and began active operations in 1994.
